Note: Orders with more than one product are assigned a specific processing period dependent on the particular item.

Returns

The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have made the order.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer either a return or exchange.

For your item to be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the condition you received it in. It should also remain in the original packaging.
